•    For children at St Paul’s Primary School and Hampton Dene Primary School
•    Operates week days until 5.30pm, term time only
•    Children are collected from school and then escorted to the Community Centre
•    Wide range of activities including outside play, a quiet activity, craft table, role play and construction.
•    All staff have undergone a fully enhanced DBS check
•    Strict children to staff ratios with staff meeting qualification criteria as well as first aid requirements
•    Fees can be paid on a monthly basis, using tax free childcare schemes

   Fees

• It is the account holder’s responsibility to cancel sessions.
• Any booked sessions which are not attended are still charged unless 7 days’ notice is given.
• Parents must inform the office by email if their children are arriving late at after school club due to attending an extra-curricular club.
• For Early Birds and After School clubs we are not able to swap sessions unless the 7 days’ notice is given.
• Any booked sessions which are not attended are still charged.
• All bookings must be made prior to arriving onsite. If you arrive on site and have not booked your child will not be accepted until a booking is made.
• It is the parents responsibility to inform their child's school if they are  attending after school club.
• It is the parents responsibility to let their child's school know of any late cancellations.

•  Late Collection Fees:

  If you are late picking up from Your booked time then the following fees will apply.

  Booked Time	Late up to 45 mins	Over 45 mins
  4:15	£5	£10
  5:00	Late up to 30 mins £5
  5:30	After 5:30 a fee of £11.40 per every 5 mins.
